We do not amass payment information through our Services. We rely on third-party providers for processing payments pertinent to our Services. The data you provide to facilitate such a payment is subject to the privacy policy of the third-party payment processor. We advise you to review this policy before sharing any data with the payment processor.

Data We Collect Automatically When You Engage with Us

In certain situations, we automatically gather specific data, including:

• Interaction Data: We compile data about your activity on our Services, such as your reading history and when you share links, follow users, highlight posts, and applaud posts.
• Transaction Data: Upon the purchase of a membership, we gather information about the transaction, such as subscription details, the price paid, and the transaction date.

We might generate information or assumptions about you based on the data we collect. For example, your geographical location might be inferred from your IP address or reading preferences deduced from your reading history.

The collected information is utilized to deliver, manage, and improve our Services, including the distribution of user-generated content, customization of the posts you view, and maintaining our paywall. We also use the data we collect to:

Blogbamba does not host all the content displayed through our services. Users can post content hosted by a third party but embedded on our pages (an "Embed"). Interactions with an Embed can relay information about your interaction to the third party hosting the Embed, similar to directly visiting the third party's site. For instance, when you view a YouTube video embedded in a Blogbamba post, YouTube receives data about your activity, such as your IP address and the extent of the video you watch. We do not control the data third parties collect via Embeds or what they do with this information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected via Embeds. The privacy policy of the third party hosting the Embed applies to any data the Embed collects, and we advise you to review that policy before interacting with the Embed.

DATA TRANSFER ACROSS BORDERS

Blogbamba's main operations are based in the United States, and our services and operational providers are located in the United States and other countries. This means that we and our service providers might transmit your personal data to, or access it in, regions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction. We move personal data to Amazon Web Services, one of our service providers that manage personal data for us across various data center locations globally. We pledge to implement measures to ensure that your personal data gets sufficient protection in the jurisdictions where we process it.

Account Details

At any time, you can view, amend, erase, and export your account details by signing into the services and visiting the Settings page. If you decide to erase your account, we might still keep certain data about you as mandated by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Blogbamba does not sell your personal data.

Subject to specific limitations, you possess the right to (1) request more details about the categories and specific pieces of personal data we gather, use, and disclose about you, (2) ask for your personal data's deletion, (3) opt out of any future sales of your personal data, if we partake in that activity, and (4) exercise these rights without being subjected to discrimination.
